Founder
Christian Rios is the founder of Unfortunately Co. and the founder and CEO of Seaya, a cruise social platform. He spent more than a decade in enterprise technology program management at companies including Elevance Health and Humana, and has seen hiring from both sides of the table.
He started Unfortunately Co. after watching friends, family and candidates send hundreds of applications into silence. He comments on job search frustration, recruiter ghosting, hiring trends, holiday gifting and launching a direct to consumer brand with no ad budget.
