What is Unfortunately Co.?
A satire apparel brand about the modern job search: ghosting, ATS rejections, ghost jobs and "entry level" roles that want 8 years of experience. We make shirts, hoodies, hats, mugs and stickers for everyone stuck in the hiring process.
How long does shipping take?
Every item is printed on demand in 2 to 5 business days. US delivery usually takes 3 to 8 business days after that. Canada, the UK and Europe usually take 5 to 12 business days.
How much is shipping?
A flat $5.99 per order, and free on orders of $60 or more.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because every item is made just for you, we cannot accept returns for size or change of mind. If anything arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, we replace or refund it within 30 days of delivery.
How do I pick the right size?
Use our size guide, which has measurements for every product. Our tees are a unisex retail fit and our hoodies are a relaxed unisex fit.
Do you charge sales tax?
No sales tax is added at checkout right now. International orders may owe import duties set by the destination country.
How do I track my order?
We email tracking when your order ships, when it is out for delivery and when it is delivered. You can also check any time on My Applications or in your account.
Do you have discount codes?
Join the newsletter at the bottom of any page for members only sales. Every delivered order also comes with a one time 10% signing bonus code for your next order.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes. Enter the recipient name and address at checkout and it ships straight to them.
Are you affiliated with any employer or job site?
No. Unfortunately Co. is independent satire and is not affiliated with any company, recruiter or hiring platform.
