Unfortunately Co. started the way most job searches end: with an email that began “Unfortunately,”.
Applying for jobs today means rewriting your resume for software that skims it in seconds, typing your work history into a form after uploading the same resume, and waiting weeks for a reply that never comes. Some of the jobs were never real to begin with.
We could not fix hiring, so we made apparel about it. Every design is an inside joke for the millions of people refreshing an applicant portal right now: the new grads, the laid off, the career switchers and the people on application number 300.
